1. Routine Banao – Aur Follow Karo

Discipline se mind relaxed rehta hai. Fix karo study + break ka time. Kya padna hai aur kab padna hai, yeh clear hona chahiye.

2. Break Lena Weakness Nahi Hai

Har 1.5-2 ghante me chhoti break lo. Walk karo, music suno ya thoda stretching – stress ka level kam hota hai.

3. Comparison Se Door Raho

Dusron ke marks ya syllabus dekh kar tension mat lo. Tumhara progress tumhare pace pe chalega – focus on your path.

4. Sleep Is Power

Kam se kam 6-7 ghante ki neend zaruri hai. Dimag tabhi chalega jab thoda aaram milega.

5. Apne Upar Bharosa Rakho

Negative thoughts ko positive affirmations se replace karo: “Main kar sakta hoon.” “Main improve kar raha hoon.”

6. Kisi Apne Se Baat Karo

Jab stress zyada lage, kisi friend ya family se baat karo. Baatein share karne se burden halka lagta hai.
